At Novea Paris, our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. We deliver to hundreds of customers across the world every day, ensuring that we provide the highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are subject to a processing time of 1 to 2 business days prior to being dispatched. This timeframe allows us to conduct strict quality control checks and securely package your order. Please note that processing time is separate from the shipping time.

2. Shipping Times & Rates

Due to high global demand and our specialized manufacturing process, our standard delivery timeframe for all worldwide orders is:

• Standard Worldwide Shipping: 10 to 15 business days.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Free standard shipping is automatically applied to all orders over $150.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to track your package's progress. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available in the courier's system.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Novea Paris is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

5. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. Contact our support team immediately. If your tracking indicates that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
