Returns & Refunds Policy

1. 30-Day Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all our devices. If you wish to return an item, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible for a standard return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.

2. Damaged or Defective Items (Anti-Fraud Policy)

We thoroughly inspect all items before shipping. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective due to transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Strict Verification for Damaged Goods

Due to a recent increase in fraudulent claims using AI-generated or digitally altered images, we no longer accept simple photographs as proof of damage. To process a replacement or refund for a damaged item, you MUST provide the following:

*Failure to provide these verifications will result in the immediate denial of your claim. Fraudulent chargebacks will be disputed using our verification logs.*

3. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at with your order number and reason for return. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note: Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Refunds Process

Once your return is received and inspected at our facility, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

5. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, skincare topical products (creams, serums) cannot be returned once the seal has been broken or the product has been used, unless they arrive defective.
